School Consultants

• Support school-based strategic planning and annual planning

• Leadership and management support for schools

• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels of resources, staff deployment and workforce planning

• Principal and school leadership team selection, appointment and induction process

• Oversee performance appraisals, contract renewals and school reviews

• Supporting Assistant Director: School Services with employment relations and recruitment issues

• Providing support to the Principal in handling complaints and grievances from staff, parents and community members

• Coordinating BOS Compliance Monitoring processes at school level

• Supervising the implementation of school audits and consulting with other CSO service teams to ensure compliance

• Support school registration and accreditation processes

• Liaison with School Boards and Parents and Friends Association

• Assist with annual staffing procedure and market staffing levels throughout the school year

• Support the CSO service teams in the implication of policy and procedure as it applies to schools
